We are not responsible for any lost items but you can give us a call  if we found your missing possession.

Q: Are there restrooms available?
Yes, restrooms will be available.

Q: Is your event open if it rains?
Yes, Nightmare On Broadway will be open if it rains unless the weather is too severe for operation.

Q: Should I be concerned if I have health issues?
Yes, Nightmare On Broadway is not suitable for those with heart conditions, back problems, those prone to seizures or women in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy due to strobe lights and fog machines.

Q: What time do you close?
We will remain open until midnight or later, until the line is gone

Q: Is security provided?
Yes, security will be provided outside and throughout the attraction.

Q: Are VIP tickets available?
Yes, VIP tickets are $30 and take you to the front of the line.

Q: Will the actors touch us?
A: The actors aren’t allowed to touch you and we ask that you give them the same respect. It is possible for the actor to brush your shoulder on accident.

Q: How do I go about parking?
Dont worry,
after 6pm the City's Meters are  free of charge.

Q: What time are you open?
We open at 8:00pm but get here early to take advantage of our Zombie Hour, which has a discounted advantage with coupon.

Q: How much does it cost?
$20 fo GA and $30 for VIP

Q: Is there an age limit?
No, however we want parents to be sure that their child is mature enough to enter. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and there will be no refunds after a ticket is purchased (in the case either of you chicken out).

Q: Can we take photos inside Nightmare On Broadway?
No pictures or videos are allowed to be taken in the haunt.

Q: Can I exit out of Nightmare On Broadway at any time if I feel like it’s too scary?
Yes, if you want to be a baby about it. if its an emergency... well, thats just common sense

Q: How many people can go through Nightmare On Broadway at a time?
We let in a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people at a time.

Q: Are group discounts available?
Yes, for groups of 10 or more.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
No, animals aren’t allowed in the haunt.
